OUR POLICIES ARE AS FOLLOWS...
- No Orders will be shipped until "Full Payment" is Received!
- We accept all Major Credit Cards, Pay Pal, Check or Money orders. If you send a check your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared.
- If your item is in stock we will ship it within 24 Business Hours. If your order is not in stock we will email you with the estimated time it will be in. If you have an item on Back Order we will keep it in our file for 60 days. After that you will have to email and see if we have that item.
- You have 10 days to return your order from the date you received it.
- When returning items they must be in the same unworn, unused, undamaged condition when it left our store.
- ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE!

SPECIAL/ CUSTOM ORDERS
- When inquiring about a Custom order please call our Office at 419-334-8180 EST or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We can make quite a wide variety of Custom items with clothing in regards to sizes, styles and special fabrics. We also make other Custom Items please call or email our Office with any questions.
- When placing a Custom Order We will need your specific measurements, as the items are made to fit them.
- When placing a Custom Order for Clothing we will need to know what fabric, ex. Silk, Cotton, Wool, Linen or Brocade. We will also need to know what color you are looking for. If you give us 3 color choices we can give you a greater range of fabric to look at.
- If you are using a pattern that you would like to have, we need a copy of the pattern and will return it after we make the item.
- When ordering other Custom/ Special items we will ask for a drawing and measurements. Ex. Blacksmith items we will need measurements and a picture or drawing.
- WHEN PLACING A CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDER ALL ITEMS NEED TO HAVE HALF DOWN.
