This canteen is similar in style to Canteens used during the Revolutionary War. The Canteen is 7" x 4" and holds a quart and half. The canteen is lined with paraffin to prevent the canteen from leaking and has a 1 1/2" wide white cotton strap to carry over your shoulder. The strap may be a little small for some people ,but works well for me. I am 5' 6" and when slung over my shoulder rides just above my hip. Also has two metal bands going around the canteen to hold it together.A great canteen to use on your next adventure.
