Fancy Peacock Hat

This Berge're Fancy Hat is made with a natural straw hat with a 13 inch brim. The Inspiration comes from Elisabeth Louise Vige'e Le Bruns self portrait. This Fancy Hat has Peacock Feathers adorning the front and the crown is decorated with ribbons that match the Peacock feathers-Peacock Blue and Lime Green. There is a bow in the back and the ribbons can be tied under the chin or behind the head.
