This is a very nice light weight hat made of white organdy. The is decorated with a triple layer of organdy ruffles that is part of the hat starting at the top of your head and the ruffle gets larger when it goes down near the neck. The ruffle holds great as long as you take care of the hat. It can be made fancier with a nice bow or ribbon as seen above there is an additional fee for the ribbon. In the very back of the hat there is a small area that can make the hat fit a little better.
