These patches can be used with anything made from white muslin fabric. Many pieces of historic clothing are made from white muslin such as shirts, shifts, chemises and so on. These can also be used to patch backing on quilts, towels and kerchiefs. If you want to have a little more fun you can use them for educational first aid kits for bandages, wraps or wipes..again the first aid would only be made for an educational kit or used to portray someone hurt in battle.
