It is made of food grade USA tinplate and soldered with lead free food grade solder. The sharp edge offers a superior cutting edge and releases the cookie dough easily. With proper care these cutters can be passed on.

To care for your hard tack cutter simply brush the crumbs off with a toothbrush. Hand wash with soapy water and dry immediately. A hair dryer can be used to dry it. IT is also useful to give your cutter a light coat of food grade mineral oil before storing.

DO NOT..leave your cutter on a damp kitchen towel to dry or a drying rack.
