This beautiful brass thimble case is just what you ladies need to store your special thimble. The top of the case is threaded and screws off and on to get at your thimble easily. The case is embossed and lined with Ultrasuede to protect your thimble, the screw - on top has a ring at the top so you can attach the case to your chatelaine, comes polished and lacquered. The thimble case measures 2 " high and 1" in diameter. The case is hand made and is similar to 18th century thimble case's. This case is just one of those things to make life easier and adds that extra edge to your 18th century persona.
